The shower had amazing power and temperature. That's a big win for me. I really loved the friendly staff. Everyone I met offered excellent service with an honest smile! The bed was also super comfortable.

The staff were friendly at check-in. I found plentiful tea and coffee in my room. The beds were quite comfortable. I also appreciated the ground floor access to the pet area for quick outdoor trips.

the staff provided excellent service and were very helpful (i really appreciated that). my room was clean and the bed felt comfortable with extra pillows available. tea and coffee making facilities were a nice touch. i liked the location with several food outlets nearby, especially with the available discount vouchers.

the room showed some minor signs of wear and tear.

I was happy with the barrier code. It was REALLY useful, as it allowed crossing the motorway. The staff provided it on arrival. The staff were friendly. There was a good selection of food options nearby.

The room felt slightly outdated. Some refurbishment would IMPROVE it.

The staff helped me with an extension lead for my sleep apnea machine. This was really useful. I appreciated the good facilities inside the room. I found tea and coffee making facilities a welcome addition.

The cold tap was a bit tricky. I had to turn it just right to get the water flowing.

the room look a little tired inside, but is acceptable for the price.
